J_95 City Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by Mayor Hoffman. Present: Trustees Dale Q. Decke~t, Otto R. Haan, ~.J.Cheney~ Asa~ffm~no Absent: Trustees W. Eugene Dixon Council Chambers Santa Ana City Hall May 14th, 1946. In Re Resol. No. 3466 Awarding $1~500~000 Municipal Improvement Bonds In Re Return check of unsuccessful bidders APPROVED: Mayor of t~j City of Santa Ana. City Council met in regular session. Meeting Present: 1:30 On motion of Trustee Deckert, carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution awarding $1,500,000 Municipal Improvement Bonds of the City of Santa Aha, and fixing the interest rate thereon" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. and passed by the following vote: called to order by Mayor Hoffman. Trustees: W.J. Cheney, Otto R. Haan, Dale O. Deckert, Asa Hoffman. Absent: Trustees W. Eugene Dixon The Clerk comenced the reading of the Minutes and each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of May 8th, May 13th and May 14th, 1946, further reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried. In Re Beverage Applications seconded by Haan and 3466 Ayes, Councilmen and Trustees Dale G. Deckert, Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman Noes, Councilmen and Trustees None Absent,Councilmen and Trustees W. Eugene Dixon On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Chairman of the Board was authorized to sign acceptance of Halsey, Stuart & Co. Inc. bid for sale of Santa Ana Municipal Bonds and all other bids were rejected and Clerk instructed to return checks of unsuccessful bidders.
