200 In Re Application Patrol Service Permit L. E. Guyon In Re Application Patrol Service Permit Gilbert F. Wagner In Re Resol. No. 346~' Awarding ~l, 500,000 I~unicipal Improvement Bonds Mayor or'the City, of Santa Ana. and that Sheet No. 32 of the Districting Nap of the City of Santa Ana be amended to reclassify the following property, to-wit: A parcel of land 410 feet wide, East and West, bounded on the South by Delhi Road, on the North by South Broadway, on the West by the East line of Broadway extended Southerly to Delhi Road, as follows: The Easterly 285 feet of said property to be reclassified as C-2 and the Westerly 125 feet thereof to be reclassified as R-3, in accordance with application of Emil W. Foust, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On recommendation of the Committee and on motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, app- lication of L.M.Guyon for a patrol service permit was denied and Clerk authorized to return application fee in the amount of ~20.00. On recommendation of the Chairman of the Board and on motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried committee was granted two weeks additional time to investigate application of Gilbert F. Wagner for a patrol service permit. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Awarding $1,500,000 Municipal Improvement Bonds of the City of Santa Ana, and Fixing the Interest rate thereon" w~s read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3468 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen and Trustees ~.J.Cheney, Otto R.Haa Dale G. Deckert, Asa Hoffman Noes, Councilmen and Trustees Absmmt,Councilmen and Trustees None W. Eugene Dixon On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the City Council adjourned.
