199 In Re Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Resol. No. 72 Property on S. Main St. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation, ten days prior to next meeting of the Council on June 3rd, 1946, relative to amendment to Zoning Ordinance of the following described property, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Main St. and Dyer Rd.; thence Easterly along the North line of Dyer Rd. 136 feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel to the East line of Main St., a distance of 436.69 feet, more or less, to the South line of Tract No. 189; thence Westerly along the South line of Tract No. 1Sg, ll feet to a point which is 125 feet Easterly from the East line of Main St.; thence Northerly parallel to the East line of Main St. along the Easterly line of Lots I to 8, incl. of Tract No. 159, and an extension thereof 603.66 feet to the Southeasterly line of the Pacific Electric Right of Way line; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of the Pacific Electric Right of Way line, 144.01 feet of the Easterly line of ~!ain St.; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Main St. 968.28 feet to the point of beginning. Also beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 18, Block "F", South Santa Ana Tract; thence Easterly 1S0 fec~t along the Southerly line of said Lot 18 to the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Lots 18 to 23, incl., 341.49 feet to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 23 of said Tract; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 23, 150 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof which is a point in the Easterly line of Main St., thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Main St., 341.36 feet to the point of beginning, in accordance with application of Planning Corm~ission. In Re Ordinance Amending Zoning Ord. No. 1074 Martha Koofolis No written or oral protests were received and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" and that Sheet No. 37 of the Districting Map of the Cit of Santa Ana be amended to reclassify as N-1 all property now classified as R-3, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the north line of Sth Street, ~76 feet Westerly from the West line of Hawley Street, said point of beginning being the Southeast corner of Lot 37, Block "B" Tract 683, running thence Northerly along the east line of Lot 37 to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Westerly along the North line of Lots ~7 and 38, a distance of ~l~.18 feet, m~re or less, to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 38, said corner being in the Northeasterly R/W line of the Pacific Electric Railway; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of the Pacific Electric R/W which is also the Southwesterly line of Lot 38 to the North line of 8th Street, which point is also the Southwest comer of Lot 38. Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Sth Street, a distance of 4~.Z8 feet to the point of beginning, in accordance with application of Martha Koofolis, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading.
