No. 1074 <br /> <br />Martha Koofolis <br /> <br />No written or oral protests were received and on motion <br /> <br />of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" <br /> <br />and that Sheet No. 37 of the Districting Map of the Cit <br /> <br />of Santa Ana be amended to reclassify as N-1 all <br /> <br />property now classified as R-3, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the north line of Sth <br />Street, ~76 feet Westerly from the West line <br />of Hawley Street, said point of beginning being <br />the Southeast corner of Lot 37, Block "B" Tract <br />683, running thence Northerly along the east <br />line of Lot 37 to the Northeast corner thereof; <br />thence Westerly along the North line of Lots ~7 <br />and 38, a distance of ~l~.18 feet, m~re or less, <br />to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 38, said <br />corner being in the Northeasterly R/W line of <br />the Pacific Electric Railway; thence Southeasterly <br />along the Northeasterly line of the Pacific <br />Electric R/W which is also the Southwesterly <br />line of Lot 38 to the North line of 8th Street, <br />which point is also the Southwest comer of Lot <br />38.
