Denio, Frank Musselman and Frank <br />Musselman, Jr. 316 French St., to be transferred from <br />Frank Nus~elman, were received and filed. <br /> <br />Communication from Treesweet Products Co. requesting <br />placing of a boulevard stop sign on Santa Fe St. at the <br />entrance to Fourth St., was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried~ <br />request war referred to Street Connnissioner and City <br />Engineer to investigate and report back at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, communication from Chief of Police requesting <br />that necessary expenses be allowed so that Assistant <br />Chief may attend Traffic Safety Conference at Sacramento, <br />June 7th, 1946, was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, communicatiorefrom Miles S. Wagner and Santa <br />Ana Garden Study Club, protesting against removal of <br />trees on South Main St., were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, copy of con~nunication from Chief of Fire Depart- <br />ment addressed to Civil Service Board, requesting that <br />work be started on an eligible list of department <br />personnel for inter-department promotional tests, was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />Communication from Robertson Outdoor Advertising Co. <br />requesting that they be granted permission to place a <br />few courtesy benches advertising Wilshtre Club Beverages <br />in the City of Santa Ana, was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, request was referred to Street Commissioner and <br />City Engineer to report back at the next meeting, with <br />instructions that they contact the bus companies to <br /> <br /> <br />
