<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and
<br />carried, communication and Resolution No. 76 of the
<br />Planning Comission approving application for variance
<br />of Mrs. Pauline M. Hansen, which permits alterations in
<br />existing rooms over a garage to permit an apartment for
<br />one family, in addition to the dwelling on said lot, at
<br />2071 So. Sycamore St., for a period of one year, was
<br />approved.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the City Attorney and on motion of
<br />Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />Mayor was authorized to sign voucher form covering $4.00
<br />rental due for four (4) years under Lease W 868-eng-4057
<br />on Barracks on West 8th Street.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Amending Resolution No. 3466
<br /> to State the Names of the Successful Bidders
<br /> on the $1,500,000 Bonds"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3469
<br />and passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Councilmen and Trustees W. Eugene Dixon,
<br /> Otto R. Haan, Dale G. Deckert, W.J.Cheney,
