Haan <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution of Intention to Designate Set <br /> Back Lines Along a Portion of West <br /> Seventeenth Street" <br /> <br />between Flower Street and the west city limit line so <br />that no building would be permitted closer than fifty <br />(50) feet to the center line of the street, and that <br />public hearing will be held July 15th, 1946, at 7:30 <br />P.M., was read, considered, designated Resolution No. <br />3472 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />W. Haan <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, Resolution No. 80 of the Planning Commission <br />approving application for variance of D.A.Holzknecht to <br />permit of use of garage building on end of Lot 9, Block <br />"A", Santa Ana Investment Co. Tract No. 1, bwlng located <br />at 1211 East 3rd St., for the purpose of a bicycle repair <br />shop and s~le of new and used b~cycles, was approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
