<br />Notice of Renewal of Lease W 868-eng-4057 between the
<br />United States of America and the City of Santa Ana,
<br />for the period July l, 1946 and ending June ~0, 1947,
<br />on temporary barracks located on Army Headquarters prop-
<br />erty on West Eighth Street, was referred to the City
<br />Attorney to report back at the next meeting.

<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, communication from Army Service Forces, Real
<br />Estate Division, together with four copies of Fo~m l~l
<br />Notice of Renewal of Lease W 509-cng-1709 between the
<br />United States of America and the City of Santa Ana, for
<br />the period July l, 1946 and ending June ZO, 194~, on
<br />West Coast Air Corps Training Center Headquarters, W.
<br />8th St., was referred to the City Attorney to report
<br />back at the next meeting.

<br />No written or oral protests were received and on motion
<br />of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the
<br />following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance Amendiug Zoning Ordinance No. 1074"
<br />
<br />and that Sheet No. 4~ of the districting map of the City
<br />of Santa Aha be amended to reclassify as C-2, all prop-
<br />erty now classified as R-l, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Lots 9, lC, ll, 12, l~ and 14 of Tract No. 159,
<br /> as show~ on a map recorded in Book ll, page 49,
<br /> Niscellaneous Naps, Records of Orange County,
<br /> California, being on the west side of Cypress
<br /> Avenue, south of Goetz Avenue
<br />
<br />in accordance with application of Catherine J. Weiss,
<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for
<br />second reading.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of
<br />Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and ca~ted, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Re~olution Declaring Stop Intersection"
<br />
<br />covering the installation of a boulevard stop sign on
<br />Santa Fe Street at the entrance to Fourth Street, was
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. ~471 and
<br />passed by the following vote:
