On motion of Trustee Dixon, eeconded by Chene <br /> <br />the recommendation of the City E~gineer was accepted to <br />place no parking signs on parking meters on Main St. <br />between 1st to 6th Sts. prohibiting parking from 4:00 <br /> <br />to 6:00 P.M. and to place hand controlled traffic signal <br /> at 2nd, 3rd and 8th to eliminate traffim <br /> same to be placed in operation July 4th,1946 <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried <br />statement of expense incurred by the County Surveyor's <br />office in connection with survey of County and City owne <br />property between 17th Street (Westminster Avenue) and <br />Garden Grove Boulevard (Memory Lane), in the amount of <br />$§00.36, was ordered paid. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />Mrs. James Anderson presented petitions containing 4~16 <br />signatures requesting the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha to submit to the voters a proposition to incu~ <br />a bonded indebtedness in the sum of Three Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars for the establihsment of a Recreation <br /> <br />Park. <br /> <br />./ <br /> <br /> <br />
