RESOLUTION NO. 55-95 0RING T~ VACATION, ABANDON- <br />~IT, AND CLOSING OF A PORTION OF V~CIA STSEET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 7th day of March 1955, the City Council <br /> <br />· adopted Resolution No. 55-67 declaring its intention to vacate portion of <br /> <br />Valencia Street, which said Resolution was published and posted as required <br /> <br />by law; and <br /> <br />public hearing was duly held on the 4th day of April, 1955, <br /> <br />upon due notice in said.
