Teel, Director Recreation Department <br />for use of Municipal Bowl on Monday, Wednesday, and <br />Thursday nights starting April let and continuing thru <br />~ugust 30th, 1947 and on nights the Elks Stars are <br />traveling; also uae of public address system and use of <br />Sentiago Park diamond on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and <br />Friday evenings from 6:80 to 10:80 P.M. starting April <br />let and continuing thru August S0th, was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, request was referred to City Auditor and Park <br />Superintendent to report back at next meeting, <br /> <br />Request of Roy Harrison for use of Municipal Bowl for <br />soft-ball on Saturday nights beginning April §th to <br />August BOth, with the exception of the date of the Horse <br />Show, and perm~sion to make application for Sunday night <br />as needed, was reade <br /> <br />On motion.of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, request was referred to City Auditor and Park <br />Superintendent to report back at next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, <br />resignation of C.E.Walker, <br /> <br />seconded by Cheney and carried <br />as a member of the Planning <br /> <br />Con~niesion, effective January lSth, 1947, was accepted, <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, Chairman of the Board was instructed to write <br />letter of appreciation to Mr. Nallker for his services <br />while member of the P~anning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
