<br />the uses and purposes of a public street, in, over and

<br />upon all that real property, described as follows:

<br />"That portion of Lots 7 and 8, Block "B", Chilton
<br />Tract Addition to Santa Ana, as described in
<br /> Book 34, page 93, Miscellaneous Records of Los
<br /> Angeles County, California, lying westerly from
<br /> a line parallel to and distant 30 feet easterly
