Keesee <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric and gas meter <br /> <br />service - Junior College <br />Site <br /> <br /> of let St., to point 150 ft. south of said center line, <br /> were referred to the State Highway Depsmtment for <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and <br /> carried, communication and Resolution No. 1§2 of the <br /> Planning Commission granting variance for the purpose <br /> of const~uating, operating and maintaining an electric <br /> substation on property at the southeast corner of <br /> Edinger and Sycamore Streets, in accordance with <br /> application of Southern California Edison Co., were <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trnstee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and <br /> carried, communication and Resolution No. 154 of the <br /> Planning Com=aission granting variance to permit <br /> enlargement of Church at 208 East Camile Street, in <br /> accordanc~ with application of Camile Street Missionar~ <br /> Baptist Church, were approved. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and <br /> csmried, co--,,mication and Resolution No. 153 of the <br /> Planning Commission granting variance for the purpose <br /> of constructing, operating and mai ntaining an electric <br /> substation on property at the southeast corner of First <br /> and Sullivan Streets, in accordance with application of <br /> Southern California Edison Co., were approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and <br />camried, communication and Resolution No. 155 of the <br />Planning Commission granting variance to permit a six <br />unit enlargement of an existing motel on a lot in the <br />R-1 District which adjoins existing units of a motel in <br />the general business zone, which is located on Lot 4 in <br />Block "D#, SOuth Santa Aha, being adjacent to southeast <br />corner of South Main and Flora Streets, in accordance <br />with application of Ira A. Keesee, were approvede <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and <br />carried, the electric power and gas meter service for <br />the temporary school structures was conditionally <br />approved and Trustees Chandler and Reed were appointed <br />a committee with power to grant meter connection <br />approval upon receiving from the Santa Aha Board of <br />Education a statement, in writing, as to the period <br />during which said Board anticipates the temporary <br />structures on the present Junior College site will be <br />used, if, in their opinion, such approval be Justified. <br /> <br /> <br />
