<br /> of the provisions hereof"

<br />same or for the purpose of selling any
<br />article or thing therefrom, providing a
<br />penalty for violation, declaring any
<br />vehicle or structure so placed to be a
<br />public nuisance and providing for the
<br />removal of the same"
