Main St., and on motion of Trustee Mandy, <br />seconded by Cheney and carried, another report was <br />ordered filed after ~hirty days. <br /> <br />Communication from Markel Company, contractors, advisi~ <br />that all construction materials oh Lot 14, Block 13, <br />Tract 860, being 2112 Hickory St., will be removed <br />within ten days, was read and on motion of Trustee Reed, <br />seconded by Cheney and carried, communication was <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />On recommendation of City Engineer and on motion of <br />Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, Attorney <br />was instructed to prepare amendment to Ordinance <br />increasing fees for water service cha~geS. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of <br />Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the bid <br />of Pernel Barnett, in the amount of $13,666.$0, for the <br />construction of s ewer lines, laterals and manholes on <br />Bristol Street, from Seventeenth Street to Garden Grove <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Award of Bid <br /> <br />We~t First St. <br /> <br />from Bristol to <br />Main St. <br /> <br />Mgyor of the Ci%y of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Boulevard, was accepted and Clerk instructed to return <br />certified checks or bidder's bonds to unsuccessful <br />bidders~ and Mayor to execute contract. <br /> <br />On reconzmendation of the committee and on motion of <br />Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the bid <br />of Jesse $.
