On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Cheney and carried, communication from Plsstering Contractors Association requesting increase in salary of E.E.Patmor, Plastering Inspector, was received and filed. On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the Clerk was authorized ~o advertise for bids covering the furnishing of 370 street signs; bids to be opened November 17th, 1947.
