<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, ~econded by Reed and

<br />carried, the monthly reports of Building Department,
<br />Judge's office and Juvenile Bureau, for the month of

<br />November, 1947, were received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and
<br />carried, the monthly demands as audited by the Finance
<br />Cormmittee were approved and Clerk authorized to draw
<br />warrants covering demands numbering 1713 to 2048
<br />incSusive.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the following ResolutiOn entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030"
<br />
<br />establishing a loading zone on the south side of E. 3rd
<br />St. between Main and Bush Sts., located as follows:
<br />the west 87 feet of the east ll3 feet, was read, con-
<br />sidered, designated Resolution No. 3616 and passed by
<br />the following vote:

<br />width, over a portion of the south one-half of the
<br />southwest quarter of Section ll, in Township 5
<br />south, range l0 west, San Bernardino Base and
<br />Meridian the northerly line of said right of way
<br />being described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point in the westerly linT of the
<br />land described in the deed to Kenneth B. Edwards,
<br />recorded April 30, 1946, in Book 1409 at page 200,
<br />Official Records, in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of said Orange County, California, distant
