<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried,
<br />Chairman of the Board and Clerk were authorized to
<br />execute lease between City of Santa Aha and Santa Ana
<br />Girl Scout Council, dated April 1st, 19A7, covering
<br />leasing of that certain building located on Eighth Street
<br />west of Flower Street and known as the WAC Recreation
<br />Building, fora period of five years, at a rental of
<br />$80.00 per month.
<br />
<br />Resolution No. llA of the Planning Commission denying
<br />the variance application of William C. and Ruby Kuebler
<br />to erect a trailer park on property consisting of
<br />acres in Section lA, Township 8 South, Range l0 West,
<br />known as 1516 West First Street, was read.
<br />
<br />Mrs. Kuebler made oral protest against said denial.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried,
<br />Resolution No. llA of the Planning Commission denying
<br />variance application of William C. and Ruby Kuebler to
<br />erect trailer park at 1518 West First Street, was
<br />approved.
<br />
<br />Communication from S.L.Lowry, Engineer, was read, with
<br />cashier's check in the amount of $~80.00 attached, sub-
<br />mitted by W.E.Welty guaranteeing the construction of
<br />sewer and water mains, curbs, sidewalk and pavement as
<br />required by Ordinance, over portion of West Sixth Street,
<br />described by meets and bounds.

<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried,
<br />the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Accepting Deed"
<br />
<br />from Emil Mohr and Mary G. Mohr conveying to the City
<br />the following described real property:
<br />
<br /> The south 60 feet of the following described property:
<br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly
<br /> extension of the east line of Lot 16 in Block "B" of
<br /> 'Horace J. Pullen's Fifth Street Tract", as shown
<br /> on a map recorded in Book 4, page 81 of Miscellaneous
<br /> Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and the
<br /> center line of an alley running East and West through
<br /> said Block "B" as shown on said map; thence South
<br /> along the east line of said Lot 16 and the northerly
<br /> and southerly extension thereof to the northeast
<br /> corner of Lot 1 in Block "C" of said Tract; thence
<br /> east 30 feet, more or less, to a line shown as
<br /> "property line" on said map; thence north along said
<br /> property line to the center line of an alley herein-
<br /> before described, if extended easterly, said extended
<br /> center line being also the south llne of Lot 12 in
<br /> "Tract No. 662", as shown on a map recorded in Book
<br /> 2A, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
<br /> County, California; thence west along the south line
<br /> of said Lot 12 to the point of beginning,

<br />was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />No. 3544 and passed by the following vote:
