No. ]078 <br /> <br />(Fire Zone Ordinance) <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Request for Driveway <br /> <br />H.B.Riggan <br /> <br />· <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" <br /> <br />and that Sheet No. 31 of the Districting Map of the <br /> <br />City be amended to reclassify the following proprty, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: The property bounded on the east by South <br />Broadway; on the south by the north line of Tract No. <br />289; on the west by a line parallel to the center <br />line of South Broadway and distant 157.5 feet westerly, <br />at right angles, therefrom; and on the north by Pomona <br />Street, is hereby reclassified from R-1 to R-3. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: The property bounded on the north by Pomona <br />Street; on the east by a line parallel to the center <br />line of South Broadway and distant, at right angles, <br />157.~ feet westerly therefrom; on the south by the <br />north line of Tract No. 289; and on the west by a <br />line p~rallel to the center line of South Broadway <br />and distant, at right angles, 455 feet westerly <br />therefrom, is hereby reclassified from R-1 to H-2, <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1196 <br /> <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Otto R. Deckert, <br /> <br />Eugene Dixon, <br /> <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />A report was read from the committee recommending the <br />change in fire zone of property located on W. 4th St., <br />150 ft. frontage from the Artesia Street intersection <br />to a point 150 ft. distant and easterly therefrom to <br />permit construction of building conforming to industrial <br />use, per request of Santa Ana Lumber Company. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1078 <br /> Corm~only known as the "Fire Zone Ordinance" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br />second reading. <br /> <br />The report of the committee was read recommending that <br /> <br />H.B.Riggan be granted permission to widen driveway ten <br /> <br />feet at service station located at 1221 East First <br />Street, and on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by <br /> <br /> <br />
