RESOLUTION NO. 55-263 GRANTING VARIANCE UNDEH DiFFEREnT <br />TER~S AiJD CO!~DITiO~S THkl: YHOSE RECOMMW, NDED BY THiE PLANNING <br />COMI~iISSION <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, heretofore on Variance Application Number 692, after <br />due notice and hearings, the Planning Commission recommended to the <br />Council that a Variance be granted for the property hereinbelow <br />described, to allow one, one-bedroom per unit duplex on each of the <br />two lots affected by the Variance application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing and discussion, the applicants orally <br />withdrew the request for the five-unit apartment and expressed their <br />willingness to accept a duplex on each lot; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance be granted on <br />Application Number 692 affecting the property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 5 and 6, of the Land of A. F. Morton and <br /> W. B. Ramsey, as shown on a Licensed Surveyor,s Map, <br /> filed in Book 2, Page 8, of Records of Survey, in the <br /> Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />to permit the constr~ction of a duplex on the rear of each of said <br />lots on the condition that adequate offstreet parking be provided for <br />a minimum of four cars for each duplex, upon the same finding of <br />special circumstances and property rights as set forth in Planning <br />Commission Resolution Number 878. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1955. <br /> <br /> ~TfOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORAl'GE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 7th day of November, 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, COU~CILMEN: Dale H.
