RESOLUTION NO. 55-289 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 55-263 <br /> AND GRANTING VARIANCE UNDER DIFFERENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 5HAN <br /> THOSE RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, Resolution Number 55-263 was adopted by <br /> <br />the Council on the matters hereinbelow referred to and errors occurred <br />therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Council, after hearing and discussion, intended <br />that the language of the Resolution adopted by them on the matter ini- <br />tiated by Variance Application Number 692 to grant permission for the <br />erection of two duplexes on each lot hereinbelow described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance be granted on <br />Application Number 692 affecting ~he property in the City of Santa Arm, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 5 and 6 of the Land of A. F. Morton and W. B.
