BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney be and he is <br />here~y ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City <br />of &anta Ana in the Superior Court of the State of California in and <br />for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property necessary <br />to be taken as herein ordered and heretofore described and do all <br />things necessary to prosecute said action to final determination. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public interest, necessity and <br />convenience require and it is hereby ordered, that the City of Santa <br />Ana, a Municipal Corporation, Plaintiff in the condemnation action or- <br />dered herein, take imediate possession and use of the property herein <br />ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the requirements of the <br />law applicable thereto, that the City Attorney report to the Director <br />of Finance, the amount of money required therefor, and that the Director <br />of Finance shall deposit said amount with the Clerk of the Cou~t. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER BESOLVED: That the said action for condemnation <br /> <br />of said property so to be acquired shall be taken in accordance with <br />Section 14, Article I of the Constitution of the State ~f California. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 55-197 is rescinded. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERNA HUN~, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregolo~ Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the bth day of February, 1956 and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
