RESOLUTION NO. 56-208 AMENDING SECTION 3 <br />OF RESOLUTION NO. 5114 AS AMENDED BY RESOLU- <br />TION NO. 56-184 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5115 establishing a basic compensa- <br /> tion plan has been from time to time amended, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3 thereof was last amended on June 18, <br /> 1956, and it now appears that two further changes should be made <br /> in said Section 3, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Section 3, Resolution <br />No. 5114, allocating classes of employment to salary and wage sched- <br />ules be and the same is hereby amended in the particulars only <br />hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br /> That the class title "Clerk of the Council" is <br /> hereby changed to and established at Schedule No. 33 <br /> <br /> That a new class title to be known as "Secretary <br /> to the City Manager" is hereby established at Schedule <br /> No. 24. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the class title established <br />hereby and the salary schedules established hereby shall be effect- <br />ive from July l, 1956. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: / <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 16th day of July, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
