RESOLUTION NO. 56~39 AUTHORIZING C~ON OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES, TO EX- TEND WAL~KIT STREET, AND DECLARIiQG PUBLIC iTECESSITY THEREFOR ~tEREAS, Walnut Street between Artesia Street and Daisy Street does not presently exist, and it is necessary to open said street between said points to accommodate the present and future traffic in the area; NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and determine that the pub- lic interest and necessity require that Walnut Street be opened between Artesia Street and Daisy Street within the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map designated SW-95 R/W Map, in the office of the City Engineer, and herein referred to for greater detail, to accommodate the present and future demands of traffic using the existing portions of Walnut Street in said City, and further require that said City do have, take and acquire in fee simple for said purposes the entire parcels of land lying in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described by parcels as follows: Parcel 1. Lot Twelve in Block "B" of Tract No. 233, ~ Place, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Parcel 2. Lot Fourteen in Block B of Tract No. 233, ~ Place, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. ~.
