Lot Thirteen in Block A of Tract No. 23~, as <br /> shown on a Nap recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Nlscel- <br /> laneous Naps, records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />for the reason that the parts necessarily taken to be used for <br />said purposes would leave the ~emainders thereof in such size, <br />shape, and condition as to require said City to pay compensation <br />for the taking of such parts which would be equal to or greater <br />than the fair and reasonable value of the entire parcels, and <br />said Council hereby finds and declares that the entire parcels <br />are necessary for the public use, benefit, safety, economy, and <br />general welfare. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney be and he <br />is hereby ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the <br />City of Santa Ana in the Superior Court of the State of California <br />in and for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property <br />necessary to be taken as herein ordered and heretofore described <br />and do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final de- <br />termination. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public interest, necessity <br />and convenience require and it is hereby o~dered, that the City of <br />Santa Aha, a Nunictpal Corporation, Plaintiff in the condemnation <br />action ordered herein, take immediate possession and use of the <br />property herein ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the <br />requirements of the law applicable thereto, that the City Attorney <br />report to the Director of Finance the amount of money required <br />therefor, and that the Director of Fin~uce deposit said amount with <br />the County Clerk. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the said action for condemna- <br />tion of said property so to be acquired shall be taken in accordance <br />with Section 14, Article I of the Constitution of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> <br />
