T~ne Mayor and Clerk of the Council of said City be and they hereby are authorized to execute, on behalf of City, any agreement or agreements necessary or required by Metropolitan to be entered into between Hetropolitan and City in order to provide for the construction of said service connection in the mszmer and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Metropolitan's said Resolution, and to affix the corporate seal of City to any such agreement or agree~aents; provided, however, that the signa- tures of the I~iayor and Clerk of the Council of said City, together with the corporate seal of City, affixed to a certified copy of this resolution, shall, if acceptable to Metropolitan, be, and be deemed to be, an agreement on the part of City for complying with and carrying out all of the terms and conditions set forth herein and in Hetropolitan's said Resolution.
