RESOLUTION NO. 56-273 INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR ~THE Ai~NEXATfON OF 'TERRITORY TO TIM CITY OF SANTA ANA, DESIGNATED "DELHI A~H) IZEWPORT ANNEX", AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIi'.~ AND PL&CE OF HEARING OF PROTESTS THERETO WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of Orange County, California, has approved the description of certain real property as heretnbelow set out for the purpose of annexation, and the Planning Commission of the City of Santa ~ua has approved said annexation; and ~T~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California has determined the advisability of initiating proceedings foT such annexation, and has detenutned that said real property is uninhabited as hereinbelow defined; N0';~, ?.IERJIFO?~E, BE IT i~ESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Sa~uta Aha hereby initiates proceedings for 'the annexation of the real property herein described; that the reasons why said Council initiates proceedings in this particular matter are as fol- low s: 1. Said territory now has no water, sewer, or other municipal to it, and there is indication of demand for such services available services. 2. services, services The area cannot develop without the availability of such and there presently appears to be no way in which said can be supplied to said territory other than as a part of the City of Santa Ana. 3.
