<br /> Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids for the necessary low lift

<br />sewage pump and sludge pump complete with electric motors, wiring and
<br />
<br />appurtenances necessary to make the installation; bids to be opened

<br />- do not apply clearly, and as to certain definitions of terms, and alsolI
