<br />from Morris A. and Narbara S. Boling, Frank T. and Florence L. Wiswall
<br />and Willia C. Warne, conveying certain real properties for the widenin~
<br />of Bristol Street and for East Seventeenth Street, was read, considered,
<br />designated Resolution No. 5082 and passed by the following vote:

<br />On motion of T~ustee McBride, seconded by Dahl and carried, the demands!

<br />as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk authorized
<br />to issue warrants covering demands.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Jerome,
<br />seoonded by McBride and carried, the bid of Peerless Concrete Pipe
<br />in the amount of $11,837.75 was accepted for the construction of a
<br />sanitary sewer on West M~tle St. from Centel- Street to Bristol Street;'
<br />and on Pacific Street, from Myrtle Street to First Street, and all othe~
<br />
<br />bids were rejected.

<br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Dahl,
<br />
<br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the bid of Sully-Miller Contracting
<br />
<br />Company, in the amount of $20,$20.00 was accepted for the reconstruction
<br />
<br />of East 17th Street from Santiago to Grand Avenue, and all other bids
<br />
<br />were rejected.
