No. 5099 <br />Easement Deed <br />Lois Michaels <br /> <br />approved and officials authorized to sign same subject to filing of <br />bond in the amount of $40,000.00 by Sunshine Homes Inc., and approvsl <br />by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion o~ T~ustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance <br />granted to Minnie M. Wield to permit use cf the building on the premisei~ <br />as a doctorts office on lot at the northeast corner of Bush and <br />Seventeenth Streets and known a~ 1701 Bush Street, subject to certain <br />conditions. <br /> <br />Claude O~ens, Attorney, spoke favoring variance application of First <br /> <br />Baptiet Church. M~s. John Mansfield requested that class rooms occur <br />and the stipulation wam agreed to by the Church representative. <br />on the westerly side cf the building only,/ On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission was approved ~and variance gu-anted to First Baptis~ <br />Church to permit construction and operation of a complete church <br />plant, to .include a sanctuary, chapel, educational building, fellow- <br />ship hall, church business offices, automobile parking areas, walkwayG <br />and planting on the southerly 338 feet, more or less, of a parcel <br />approximately 382 feet by 488 feet bounded on the north by West <br /> <br />Seventeenth Street and on the west by the east line of Tract No. 1228 <br /> <br />which is about 108 feet east of Freeman Street, subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and Tentative <br /> <br />Nap of Tract No. 1558 approved which shows twenty-four lots in the <br /> <br />vicinity of Tenth Street and Westwood Avenue. <br />. <br />On motion of T~ustee Hunter, seconded by Jerome <br /> <br />and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance to amend Section 14 of Ordinance <br />No. 1030" <br /> <br />regulating the use of State Highways was read, considered, designated <br />Ordinance No. 1336 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, T~ustees <br /> <br />Noes, T~ustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br />Orson H.
