<br /> of M.L.Pearson, City Treasurer, that Purchasing Agent be authorized to
<br /> purchase a fire-proof safe, large enough to meet his requirements, was

<br /> seconded by Martin and carried, the bid of The Shell Oil Company was
<br /> accepted, as the low bid, for the furnishing of gasoline for a period
<br />
<br /> of one year.

<br /> No. 122 of the City Attorney reference thirty days pay for employees
<br /> ordered to active duty was received, filed and Departments in charge
<br />
<br /> of personnel instructed to act accordingly.

<br />Ltd., was accepted, in the sum of $3751.00 covering fencing of Prentic~

<br />applications of Andrew R. Mercado, Jose R. Martinez and Trino M.
<br />Reynoso, 1711 W. 5th St., L. Nasten Moon, 417 B~eh Street and Anna M.

<br />and Joseph Ruble, 1305 W. Fourth St., were received and filed.

<br />demands as audited by the Financ8 Committee were approved and Clerk

<br />authorized to issue warrants covering demands.
