RESOLUTION NO. 591. A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TME CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CHANGE, MODIFY AND ESTABLISH THE GRADE OF SOUTH BRISTOL ST., IN THE CITY OF SANT~ ANA, CALIFORNIA. does The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California, de~axe and resolve as follows: Resolved, that the public interest and public necessity demands and it is therefore ordered that that portion of South Bristol Street from its intersection with the center line of West First St.,on the North to the City Limits on the South be changed, modified and re-established as follows to-wit: Section 1. That the grades established by this Reso- lution shall be determined by the distance in feet above the datum plane at the designated points hereinafter referred to South from the center line of West First St., and the grade of the interven- ing space between said established points shall be in a straight line connecting said points above the datum plane, as sai~ datum plane was established by Section 1 of Ordinance No. Sg as amended by Ordinance No.571, as adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, on the ~th day of June,1914, Snd which Ordinance is herein referred to as a pszt of this Resolution. Section 2. That at the intersection of the center line of South Bristol Street with the center line of West First Street 91 ft. above the datum plane. Section 3. At a point on the center line of South Bristol St.1322.g ft. South of the center line of West First St. g?.2 feet above the datum plane. Section 4. At the intersection of the center lines St. g~.g feet above the datum of South Bristol St. and Willitts plane. Section 5. Bristol St. 2650.4 ft. At a point on the center line of South South Sf the center line of West First St. gl.S ft. above the datum plane. Section 6. At the intersection of the center lines of South Bristol Street and Highland Street $0.2 f~et above the datum plane. Section 7. At the intersection of the center lines of South Bristol Street and Cubbon ~treet 77 feet above the datum plane. Section g. At the intersection of the center lines of South Bristol Street and Fairview Avenue 74.4 feet above the datum plane. Section 9. At a point on the center line of South Bristol Street 5310.4 feet South of the center line of West First St. 68.15 feet above the datum plane. Section 10. Any and all resolutions or ordinances in conflict with this Resolution as the same affects that portion of South Bristol St. as to the grade thereof, are hereby repealed.
