Section 11. That it is the intent and purpose of this resolution to change, modify and establish the grade on the afore- said portion of South Bristol Street according to the profiles prepared by the City Engineer pertaining to the change, modifica- tion and alteration of the same, adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha on the 12th day of November, 1917, and now on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha, California, and which profile is made a part of this Resolution. Notice is hereby given that on the l?th day of December, 1917, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City of Santa Aha, Cal., and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement herein referred to and contemplated herein as set forth above may appear before said Board at the aforesaid time and place and show cause why said proposed improve- ment should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. The pity Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published three times in the Santa Ana Daily Register, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, California, and which is hereby designated for that purpose by the aforesaid Board of Trustees of said City, The Street Superintendent shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work an~ improvement and in front of all the property affected by said improvement, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. All of the herein proposed work to be done pursuant to an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated the improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7th,1911, and amendments thereto, and according to the provisions of Part 2 of said Improve- ment Act and amendments thereto. The above Resolution was passed and adopted this 19th day of November,1917, at a regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California,by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe, NcPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel, Noes, Trustees None, Absent, Trustees None.
