For the construction of pavement with concrete base and asphaltic oil and crushed rock surfacing. The Board of T=umtees of the City of Santa Ana, do resolve and declare a~ follows:- Resolved, that the Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, C~lifornia, be and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the constzuction Of pavement upon the public streets of said City, or streets forming the boundary thereof, to be known as Specifications Nc.g5, said pavement to be composed of a concrete base and crushed rock and as~-haltic oil surfacing to be approved by the BOard of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, and placed on file with the City Engineer to be preserved for future use and reference in the construction of street improvements of the public streets of the City of Santa Aha, or public streets that may lie partly within and partly without said City, forming the boundaries of the City of Santa Ans.
