The extra compensation in each case shall be, in <br />addition to the regular scheduled pay, the sum o f Twenty-Five Dollars <br />($25.00) per month. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a new section to be numbered Section <br /> <br />3.1 is hereby added to Re~ lution No. 5114 fmmediately following Section <br /> <br />3 in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3.1.
