EESOLUTION NO. ~7-197 FIXING THE SALARY OF <br />THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after study and consideration, <br />has adjusted the salaries and wages for employees paid under the <br />basic compensation plan to conform to prevailing standards, and <br />has adjusted the hourly rates prevailing in the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana is not <br />covered by the basic compensation plan, and his salary was not <br />affected by the last salary adjustment prior to the current one; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary for the posi- <br />tion of City Manager is hereby fixed and established at the rate of <br />$1333.33 per month; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said salary sLuall be paid in the <br />same manner mud at the same time as other monthly salaries of the <br />City are paid, and thah said new salary rate shall take effect and <br />be paid from the 1st day of August, 1957. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on th~ of August~ 1~9~7 <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 5th day of August, 1957, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />A~ES, COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
