213 RESOLUTION OF INTFNTION NO. 667 A Resolution by the 0ity Council of the 0ity of Santa Aha, dec]sting its intention to change and re-establish the grade of and upon a por- tion of Cypress Avenue and Orange Avenue, public streets in the City of Santa Aha, directing the posting and publicstlon of this Resol- ution, and the posting and publication of Notice, and designating a newspaper in which such publication shall be made. The City Council of the City of Santa Ans does resolve as fol lows: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to order the following change of grade to be made, to-wit: To change and re-establish the grade of that portion of Cypress Avenue, a public street in the city of' Santa Aha, described as com- mencing at the intersection of Cypress Avenue by the center line of Chestnut Street, also a public street therein, and whLoh Chestnut Street intersects Cypress Avenue, thence Southerly along Cypress 'Avenue to the center line of McFadden Street, also a public street in said City, and which McFadden Street intersects Cypress Avenue so that instead of the present and now existing grades on the described 'portion'of Cypress Avenue the official g~ade thereof when changed will and shall conform to the elevations hereinafter stated. The grades are stated at ~esignated points upon the center line of the described portion of Cypress Avenue, and the elevations g~ven are for the top of the crown of the street along the center line thereof, as follows: At the point Avenue by the center At the point Avenue by the center At the point Avenue'by the center At the point of intersection of the c~er line of Cypress line of Chestnut Street, 110.10 feet. of~ intersection o£ the center line of Cypress line of Myrtle Street, 107.60 feet. of intersection of the center line of Cypress line of Camille Street, 105.70 feet. of intersection of Center line of Cypress Avenue by the center line of Bishop Street, 104.40 feet. At the point on the center line of Cypress Avenue 590 feet Southerly of the intersection of the center lines of Bishop Street and Cyrress Avenue, 101.30 feet. At ba~ point on the center line of Cypress Avenue 438 feet Northerly of the intersection of the center lines of Cypress Avenue by the center l~e of McFadden Street, 94.g5 feet. At the point of intersection of the center line of Cypress Avenue by the center line of McFadden Street, 90.gO feet. Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha here~y declares its intention to .order ~the following change of grade to be made, to- wit: To change and re-establish the grade of that portion of .Orange Avenue, a public street in the city of Santa Ana, described as commencing at the intersection of Orange Avenue by the center line
