(e) At the point of intersection o£ t~e center llne of West First Street by the center line of North Flower Street produced south, 103.05 feet. Resolved, that the grade on North Flower Street at which the work is proposed to be done, and shown on the plans a~opted for the proposed work, is the modified and changed grade on North Flower Street, and the elevations thereof are as follows:- The proposed grade is stated at designated points upon the center line of North Flower Street, and the elevations given are for the top o£ the crown of the street along the center line thereof as follows:- (a) At the point of intersection of the center line of West Fourth Street, by the center line of North Flower Street pro- duced north, 10~.00 feet. (b) At the point of intersection of the canter line of North Flower Street by the center line of West Third Street, 106.gO feet. (c) At a point on the center line of North Flower Street which point is gO feet north of the intersection of the center line of North Flower Street hy the center line of West Second Street, 105.30 feet. (d) At the point of intersection of the center line of North Flow=r Street by the center line of West Second Street, feet. West First At the point of intersection of the center line of Street by the center l~ne of North Flower Street pro- duced south, 103.05 feet. The elevations of the changedsnd modified grade, as shown on the plans and sTecifioatione and in this Resolution of Intention stated are based upon a datum plane ~dopted and established by Ordinance No. 571 of the city of Santa An~, which datum plane is 124.2gg feet below the center line of the ~ench mark consisting I of a copper plate fixed in and located at the northwesterly corner ~-- of the City Hall of the city of Santa Aha, and marked: "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey B.~." A~l said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet, and are elevations above s~id datum plane. The changed and modified grade at all points existing be- tween the consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and given shall conform to a true and uniform Fradient along the center line of North Flower Street. The grade so changed and modified shall become and con- stitute the true official grade on Nort~ Flower Street.
