Excepting from the wor~ above described any of said work already done upon North Flower Street, West First Street, and South Flower Street to the official grade. Excepting, however, from ali of the aforesaid described work the portion thereof within any area which ia required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on North Flower Street, West Firat Street, and South Flower Street. All of s~d work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trust- ees of the city of Santa Ana, by Resolution No. 733, on the 3rd day of October, 1921, for said work, and which plans and speci- fications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana and which plans and specifications are hereby speci- fically referred to. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on ~or~h Flower Street at a grade other than the existing Official grade thereof, and said work is to be done and made at and in conformity with the grade of North Flower Street as mod- ified and changed. Resolved, that the existing official grade of North Flow- er Street be modified and changed, and for that purpose reference is hereby mede to the plans and specifications adopted for the ~roposed work by Resolution No. ?33 of the city of Santa Aha, on the 3rd day of October, 1921, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said city, welch plans.show the existing official grade, and the grade at which the work proposed is to be done. Reference to the plans and specifications for further particulars as to such proposed grade is hereby made. Resolved, that the existing official grade on North Flower Street, as the same is shown on the plans adopted for the ~roposed work, is stated at designated points upon the c~nter line of North Flower Street, and the elevations thereof are as follows: (a) At the point of intersection.of the center line of West Fourth Street by the center line of North Flower Street produced North, 10g.?5 feet. kb) At the point of intersection of the center line of North Flower Street by the center line of West Third Street, 107.20 feet.
