<br /> known as School Improvement Bond Fund, as to all other parts

<br /> of the work to be done and improvement to be made, the assess-
<br /> ment therefor shall be paid by the city of Santa. Ana out of the
<br /> General Fund.

<br /> Whereas, that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land belorg-
<br /> lng to the city of Santa Ana, described as the Westerly 262.25 feet
<br /> of the "Water Works Tract", as recorded in Book 9, page 27, of
<br /> Miscellaneous ~aps, Records of Orange -ounty, California, which
<br /> is occupied by thegrounds and buildings of the Mtmicipal Water
<br /> Works of the City of Santa Ana, and now used in the performance
<br /> of a public function, is included within the district afore-
<br /> described, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Anahereby
<br /> declares that said land snail be included within the said
<br /> assessment, and the assessment therefor snail be payable by the
<br /> city of Santa Ana out of the General Fund.

<br /> Whereas, that certain lot, piece or parcel of land
<br /> belonging to the city of Santa Ana, described as lot 20 Block"P"
<br /> of the Hell Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 23,
<br /> pages 28-29 of Miscellaneous Records Of Los Angeles County,
<br /> California, which is occupied by the water wells of the muni-
<br /> cipal water works of the city of Santa Ana, and now used in
<br /> the Performance of a public function, is included within the
<br /> district aforedescribed the Board of Trustees of the city of
<br /> Santa Ana hereby declares that said land shall be included with-
<br /> in the said assessment, and the assessment therefor shall be
<br /> payable by the City of Santa Ana out of the General Ftmd.

<br /> Whereas, that certain lot, piece or parcel, of land --~
<br />belonging to the city of Santa Ana, described as the Westerly
<br />?~.41 feet of Lot 29, Block "C" ~cFadden & Crane's Addition,
<br />as recorded in Miscell~aneous Records, Book ll, page 40 Records
<br />of Los Angeles County, California, and which is occupied as an
<br />auto camp and parking ground of the city of Santa. Aha, and now
<br />used in the performance of a public function, is included with-
<br />in the aforedesoribed, the Board of Trustees of the city of
<br />Santa An9 hereby declares that said land shallbe included
<br />within the said assessment, and the assessment therefor shall
<br />be payable by the city of Santa Aha out of the General Fund.
<br /> NooZice is hereby given that serial bonds to rep-
<br />resent unpaid assessments, and Oear interest at the rate of
<br />seven per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner ~
<br />provided by the improvement bond act of 1915, the last install-
<br />ment of which bonds shall mature ten years from the 2nd day of
<br />July next succeeding nine months from their date.
