M. of that day, in the Council chamber of the Board of Trustees of theCity of Santa Ana, any and all persona having any objections to the pro- posed work or improvement may appear before said Board of Trust- .ecs and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. The Clerk of the city of Santa Ana s~all cause t~is Resolution of Intention to be published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY · VFNING REGISTER a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana, and which newspaper is hereby desig- nated for that purpose ~ the Board of Trustees. The Btreet Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said con- templated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three in ail, notices of the paisa ge of thin ResoIution o~ ~ntention. The proposed wora is to be done on North Flower Street at a grade other than the existing official grade, and the notice of improvement shall reoit that fact, and refer to the plans and specifications for further p~rticulars as to such proposed grade. Said notice shall sd so contain a statement of the day, hour, and place whe~ end where any and all persons ~vin& any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said pro- posed improvement chould not be carried out in accordance with t]~As Resolation of Intention. And there shalJ also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is ~ereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of seven ~ar cent per annum, will ~e issued hereunder in the manner provided by the improvement bondact of 1915, the l~et installment of which oonds shall mature ten yeare from the second d~y of July next succeeding nine months from their d~te." ~1 said notices shall ce posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and form the facts, things ~nd matters reqoired by law.
