(4) The paving of Cypress AVenue by the construction thereon of an asphaltic concrete pavement five (5) inches thick, laid in two courses and complete to the official grade of the street. Exceptingfrom the work above described any of said work already- done upon Cypress Avenue to the official grade. Excepting however,from all of the aforesaid described work l~e portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on Cypress Avenue. All of~aaid work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolutio~ No. 728 on the 26th day of ,spt- ember, 1921, for said work and which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, and which plans and specifications are hereby specifically referred to. The contemplated work and improvement on Cypress Avenue in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana is of more than local or ordinary k~ublic benefit and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha has made the expenses of such work and improve- men{ chargeable Upon a district, which district said Board of Trust- ees has declared to be the 'district benefmted by said work and im- provement and to be assessed to pay the cost an~ expenses thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Cvoresa Avenue with the south line of Chestnut Avenue, thence easterly along the south line of chestnut Avenue 199 feet to its intersection with the center line of the alley ~unning north and south between Cypress Avenue and Orange Avenue;. thence southerly along the centar line of said alley and the southerly extension thereof to the north line of Tract No. gl, as recorded in Miscellaneous ~aps, Book 13, Page 31, Records of Orange County, California; thence southerly to the point of intersection of the center line of that certain alley running north and south through Block "B" of Realty Subdivision, as shown and recorded in ~iscellaneous ~aps, Book ~, page ~5, Records of Orange County, California; with t~e north line of ~c?adden Street; thence westerly along the north line of ~cFadden Street to the point o£ intersection o£ the center line of that certain alley running north and south through Block "A" of said Realty Subdivision; thence northerly along the said center line and the northerly extension thereof parallel to the east line of Nain Street to the south line of Chestnut Avenue; thence easterly along the said south line of Chestnut Avenue to the place of beginning.
