380 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ?42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ~ THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM SHOWING THE PROPERTY EFFECT- <br />ED OR BENEFITED BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF NORTH MAIN STREET FROM <br />FOURTH STREET TO SEVENTH STREET. <br /> <br /> It is Hereby Resolved, that the assessment diagram made <br />and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, is hereby <br />duly approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santo. Mitchell. <br /> Noes: Trustees None. <br /> Absent: Trustees, None. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 743 <br /> <br />A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br />as the legislative body thereof, determining and declszing that <br />the construction and maintenance of an outfall sewer is necessary <br />and that it will be for the inter,st and advantage of the City <br />of Santa Aha and the City of Anaheim, by their respective <br />legislative bodies, to' enter into a joint agreement, authorizing <br />and providing for the Joint constructi:n and maintenance thereof, <br />and by' such joint agreement to provide for the joint payment of <br />the cost and expenses of, and for the joint use, benefit, and <br />maintenance of such necessary outfall sewer. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the legis- <br /> lative body thereof, does determine, declare, and resolve as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the construction and mainten~uce of an outfall <br />sewer is necessary, which outfall sewer shall consist of approx- <br />imately sixty (60) acres ~f land situated and located in the County <br />of Orange, State of California, at or in the immediate vicinity of <br />the place where the easterly line of Section 32, Township 5 South, <br />Range 10 West, S.B.p.& M., intersects the westerly line of Newbert <br />Protection District's right of way forthe Santa Aha River, as a <br />sewer t~eatment site; also e strip of land thirty (30) feet in <br />width, extending from such sewer treatment site in a southeasterly <br />direction to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean, <br />as a pipe line right of way; also the construction and maintenance <br />on the sew~ treatment site of the necessary structures; apparatus <br />appliances, machinery, and equipment for the proper, sufficient and <br />scientific treatment of sewage; also the construction and mainten- <br />ance on the ~ipe line right of way of a concrete Sewer pipe line, <br /> <br /> <br />
