385 (3) The construction of a concrete curb along the east and we~t sides of South Flower Street and where a street or alley inter- sects or terminates in South Flower Street, then the construction of return concrete curb on each side of the intersecting or ter- minating street or alley to the property line on the east and west sides of South Flower Street. (4) The excavation of a main sewer trench along the center line of South Flower Street, approximately seven (7) feet deep, and extending from the man-hole now constructed in South Flower Street at the point of the intersection thereof by the center line of Pine Street extended west across South Flower Street, north a distance o£ 310 feet to a point, the excavation at said point for the installatio?~ of a flush tank; the construction in said ex- cavation of a concrete syphonL flush tank; the construction in said sewer t~ench of a 6-inch, inside diameter, vitrified salt glazed cylindrical main sewer; connecting the above-mentioned manhole and flush tank to be constructed. The sewer trench to b e baCk-filled and settled to a true and solid surface on the subgrade. (5) The excavation of fifty-two (52) lateral house con- nection sewer trenches, approximately 6 feet deep, said trenches ~o be opposite each lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on South Flower Street, except where a lateral house connection sewer ready exists; each trench to extend easterly or westerly a~ the case may be from the main sewer pipe line to be constructed ae hereinabove briefly described, and that which is now constructed and existing along approximately the center line of ~outh Flower Street to and £1ush with the inside of the curb now constructed and existing on South Flower Street, and where no c~rb is now constructed then to and inside of the curb line. THe laying in each of said trenches of a lateral house connection sewer con- structed of 4-inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylind- pica/ sewer pipe connected with the said main sewer pipe line and extending from said main sewer pipe line to and fl ush with the in- side of said curb or curb line, and the Oack-filling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the sub-grade. Excepting from the work aOove described any of said work already done upon ~orth Flower Street, West First StreW, and South ¥1ower Street to the official grade. Excepting however, from all of the aforesaid described work the portion thereof within any area which ia required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on North Flower Street, West~First Street, and South Flower Street. All of said work s~all be done in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. 733, on the 3d day of October, 1921, for said work, and which plans and snec~fications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of t?~ City of Santa Ana and which plans and s~ecifications are hereby specifically
