The words "South Flower Street" means that street as above described. The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana hereby orders done and made in, on, s~d along North Flower Street is briefly described as follows: (1.~ The regrs~iing of North Flower Street to a subgrade 6~ inches below a grade on North Flower Street which shall hereafter become and constitute the true and official grade thereof, when the present grade on North Flower Street is modified and changed as in said Besolution of Intention No. ?56 set forth and provided for. (2.) The construction of a concrete curb along the east and west sides of North Flower Street, and where a street or alley intersects or terminates in North Flower Street, then the con- struotion of return concrete curb on each side of the intersect- ing or terminating street or alley to the property line on the east and west sides of North Flower Street.
