And there ~ehall ~so be inserted therein the following: 'Notice is here~ given that serial bon~ to represent ~p~d ~sessments, and be~ interest at the rate of 7~ p~ ~n~, will be issued hereunder In ~e m~ner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1~1~, the last inatall~t of which bonds eh~l mature ten ~10) ye~s from the second day of J~y, ne~ succeeding nine (~) months from their date.' All of said notices shall Be posted ~d shall contain and set forth in m~ner ~d form the facts, things ~d matters required by law. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in p~su~oe of an Act of the Legislat~e of the ~tate of O~ifornia, desi~ated: 'Improvement Act of 1~11', approved April ~th, 1~11, and all a~end- merits thereto. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention wa~ dt~ly and re~%tlarly introduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ann at a regular meething thereof held on the 2nd day of May, 1921, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbe, R.H.Dale, W.A.
