289 RRasolved , that the public interest and convenience requires that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha ~O order work to be done and an lmprovemm t to be made in, on, and along a portion of that, open public street in said city, commonly known as North Main Street, and which portion thereof is described as all that portion of North Main Street which extends from a line formed by the center line of Seventh Street, also an ope~ public street in the city of Santa Aha, produoed~veesterly to the center line of North Main Street; thence at right angles south along said center line fifteen (15) feet; thence at right angles west to the west line of North Main Street, northerly to the northerly ex- terior boundary line of the of the described portion of crete b~ldge extending over Oity'of Santa Aha, (excepting that part No~th Main Street now occupied by a con- across a natural water oo~ee, usually, designated Santiago Creek, ) and for the .whole width of the desoribe~ portion of North Main Street, from the curb existing on the easterly sid~ thereof to the curb existing on the westerly side thereof, and where any street intersects or terminates in the described por~ on of North Main Street, then beyond said curbs and across the sidewalk reservation to the easterly and westerly prop- erty lines on the described portion of North Main Street. The use hereinafter in this Resolution of Intention of the wor~ or plxra~es 'forth Main Street', is intende~to mean, does mean and shall at all times be construed to mean the portion of said open public street above described. The work and i~rovemsnt which the Board of Trustees of the Oity of Santa Aha intends to order done and made in, on and along North Main Street is briefly described es follows: (a) ~?he complete removal of the present pavement off o~ ~d from the s~Arfaoe of ~orth Main Street, and the regrading of said street and repaying thereof with re-inforoed concrete pavement seven (?)' inches thick a~d having a belt finish; all of said wor~ to be done to the official grade. (h) The excavation of ~ lateral house connection sewer trenches, ~pproxl~ately five (~) feet deep, said trenches to ~e opposite Aaoh lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on North Main Street, except where a laSeral o~ house connection sewer already exists; And each trench to extend easterly or westerly a~ the case ma~ be, from the main sewer pipe line now constructed and existing along approximately the center line of North.
