The O, lerk of the City of Santa ~na shall cause thi~ l~esol- ution of Intention to be published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a dally neWeplapsr published and circulated in said City and which newspaper is here~ designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. Ths Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of sa~d con- templated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred ~OO) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (~) in all, notices of the ps, sage of th~s Resolution of Intention. The Work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notices Gall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district at not more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all on each street. All said notices shall be headed: 'NOTIOE OF It/PROVEI/FNT', in letters of not lees than one (1) inch in length and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of tl~s Resolution of Intention, its da e, and.briefly describe the work and improve- ment proposed and refer to t.hle Resolution of Intention for further par tioulare. Sa~d notice shall a~so contain a statement of theday, hour, and place when and where any and all persons, having any objections to the proposed :work or improvement., may appear before the Board ~ of Trustees and show cause why the said propose~ improvement shall not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution ofln- tention. ~nd there shal:l also be inserted therein the following: 'Notice ls hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid ~.~. ~se- manta, and bear interest at the rate of ~ per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bon~ts shall mature ten (lO) years from the second day of Jttly, next suooeding ~ine (~) months from their date.' AIllof said notices shall be posted and shall contain and set forth in manner and form the facts, things and matters requ/red by law. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated 'Improvement Act of l~ll", approved April ?th, l~ll, and al~ a~end~ente thereto.
