The Street Superintendent in making up the assessment forths cost and ~ l. expenses of said repavement shall first deduct from the whole cost and expenses thereof the said sum of Twenty-nine thousand two hundred eighty-nine and 17/100 dollars ($29,289.17) and shall assess the remainde~Of e aid costs and expenses upon the lots, parts of lots and lands liable to be assessed for such work and in the manner,pro- vided by law. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, .smd bear interest at the r~te of ?~ per annum, will be issued hereUnder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915; the last installment of which honda shall mature ten (1~) years from the second day of July, next succeeding nine (9) months from their date.
