355 (1) The regrading of said street to a subgrade 6½ inches below the official grade thereo~, as now established and the pavement of the de$orlbed portion of West First Street by the construction on said subgrade of a concrete pavement five inches thick with a l½ inch asphaltic concrete wearing surface and com- plete to the official grade. The work and improvement on the described portion of South Flower Street to be as follows:- (1) The regrading of said street to a eubgrade 6~ inches below the official grade thereof, as now established and the pave- ment of South Flower Street by the construction on said eubgrade of a concrete pavement five inches thick with a 1½ inch asph- altic concrete wearing surface and complete to the official grade. (2) The excavation of a sewer trench for a main sewer from the present manhole now existing in So~th Flower Street at the point of intersection of its center line by the westerly extended center line of Pine Street north 310 feet to a point; the excavation at said point for the installation of a flush tank; the construction in said sewer trench of a six inch main sewer and a flush tank in said excavation. (~) The excavation of lateral or house connection sewer trenches and the construction thereinof lateral or house connection sewers extending from the main sewer pipe line to be constructed and as now existing in and approximately along the center line of South Flower Street, to and inside of the curb existing on the east and west side thereof, except where said sewers have already 0een constructed. (4) The construction of concrete cure along t~e East and west curO line of said stree't and concrete cu~ returns at street intersections except whe~e such curbs and curb returns are now constructed. be and the same ere hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for the doing o£ said work and the making o£ said improvement.
