356 RE~OLUTIOM ADOPTING PLAMF AND Resolved, that the plans and specifications prepared and furnished by the City Engineer of the city of Santa Ana, as required by the Board of Trustees tnareof, for the work to be done and improvement to be made on portions of that open public street in the city of Santa Ana, commonly known as East Fourth Street, and which portion thereof is described as commencing at the intersection of East Fourth Street by the east line of that portion of Garfield Street which extends north from East Fourth Street produced south across East Fourth Street, thence east along East Fourth Street to the intersection thereof by the east line o£ Lot 5 of Cook's Addition as per map thereof recorded in Book l~, wage 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, produced north across East Fourth Street. The work to be done and the improvement to be made on the described portion of East Fourth Street is as follows:- (a) The regrading thereof to a aubgrade 6½ inches below the official grade. (b) The repaying thereof by the construction on the sub- grade of a five inch re-inforced concrete pavement overlaid with an asphaltic concrete wearing surface 1~ inches thick, complete to the official grade. be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the ~lans and specifications for doing said work, and the making of said imrrove- merit. I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted Dy the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha at an-adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of October, 1921, Dy the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, Green]ear and ~itchell.
